A minivan made an unexpected delivery
in Ketchikan.
Ketchikan police say no one was hurt Wednesday when the minivan
went through the wall of Madison Hardware.
Police say 42-year-old Charlanne Thomas lost control of the
minivan as she was driving down Madison Street. The minivan crossed
Tongass Avenue and entered the store through the wall.
Ketchikan Assistant Police Chief Josh Dossett says Thomas tried
pumping the brakes, but could not get control of the minivan. He
says desks were occupied in the store but no one was injured.
Thomas and her 12-year-old son also weren't injured.
