Mayor Wants I.M. Test Cut March 1st

Anchorage Mayor Dan Sullivan is presenting his I.M. Test Ordinance to the Anchorage Assembly tonight.

Although the test will be cut under federal rule by February 9th, it will still take another 6 months for it to actually phase out.

But if it passes, the mayor's ordinance will completely phase out I.M testing requirements by March 1st.
