Togiak Man Charged for Fatal Stabbing

Police have charged a suspect in the stabbing death of Raymond Sais.
Ephraim Lockuk, 29, of Togiak was arraigned Thursday afternoon on first and second degree murder charges.
During APD's investigation, detectives learned that Lockuk had been in an argument with Sais over money that Lockuk allegedly owed to the victim.
Police believe that the two had an argument which led Lockuk to stab Sais in the chest with a knife in his south Anchorage residence.
