Stevie sits down with Nina Kemppel, 4-time Olympian and 9-time winner of the Mount Marathon Race, to discuss the upcoming registration and fundraising efforts for the Arctic Winter Games, taking place in Fairbanks

The Arctic Winter Games is an international, circumpolar sports competition for athletes in northern (or "arctic") regions. Last hosted in Anchorage in 1974, 2014's games will be held in Fairbanks, Alaska. Players will participate in more modern winter sports like skiing and sled dog racing, as well as traditional sports handed down from generation to generation, including the high kick and knuckle hop.

For more information, you can attend the fundraiser "Lunch of Champions" on Wednesday, August 28, 12 pm- 1:30 pm at the Dena'ina Center, or visit the Arctic Winter Games' website.
