This week Summertime Grilling with Stevie teams up with Simon and Seafort's for fresh prawn wraps.

Leah Gallahorn shares this delicious recipe for a thai prawn and lettuce wrap.

Ingredients
 

For Marinade

½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Rice wine vinegar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Grated ginger
2 Cloves grated garlic
2 tbsp Cayenne pepper



2 lbs prawns- peeled, deveined, tails removed
1 head butter leaf lettuce
2 cup Bean sprouts (mung beans)
¼ cup Chopped peanuts
1 Bunch cilantro
1 cup purple and green cabbage, shredded
 

Marinate prawns reserving half of marinade for basting. Skewer prawns through
head and tail. Grill on high 4-5 minutes or until bright pink. Remove from skewers
and baste with reserved marinade. Fill butterleaf  lettuce with cabbage slaw, 3 each prawns, bean sprouts, cilantro and chopped peanuts.
