Anchorage Men Face Drug Conspiracy, Kidnap Charges

Four Anchorage men have been indicted on drug conspiracy, kidnapping and firearms charges.

ANCHORAGE- Four Anchorage men have been indicted on drug conspiracy, kidnapping and firearms charges.
A fifth person has been charged with disclosing protected health information for malicious harm.
The indictment alleges Stuart Seugasala; Phosavan Khamnivong; Timothy Miller; and Anaoi Sialofi were part of a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and other drugs.
It alleges the men held at gunpoint and beat someone in retaliation for failing to pay a drug debt. Seugasala allegedly sexually assaulted that person, identified as "Victim A," and another individual, identified as "Victim B," with a curling iron.
Seugasala is accused of shooting a third victim.
Stacy F. Laulu is accused of giving information on the injuries and treatment of two of the victims to Seugasala.
