Police Nab Suspect In Hit-And Run Killing

Police report they have caught the man responsible for the hit-and-run homicide that killed 29-year-old Tyler Meyer. Nathaniel Albright was picked up by Anchorage police in Aurora Village at 1:00 a.m. Friday morning in a truck that could have been driven.

Meyer was killed early Saturday morning after being struck by a car which dragged his body almost two blocks. The incident took place at Cranberry Street and 69th Avenue, between 3:40 a.m. And 6:45 a.m.

Albright has been charged with manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and drug charges.
