ANCHORAGE - Fire management officials have officially called two lighting-ignited fires extinguished.

The Bruin and Edge Creek fires were called out on Friday.

both fires were started by lightning and burned fuel on a total of 2.2 acres.

Officials also said the Chisana River Fire has been slowed by rain, though it was still burning Saturday on more than 29,000 acres.
