SOLDOTNA - A 42-year-old Anchorage man convicted five times of driving under the influence of alcohol was arrested near Soldotna on a charge of driving an all-terrain vehicle while intoxicated.

Alaska State Troopers say Tyson Lamar Dewilde was arrested Saturday near Mile 19 Kalifornsky Beach Road and charged with felony DUI, making a false report and violation of probation.

Troopers say a caller reported an impaired driver operating the ATV.

Troopers says that after an officer stopped the vehicle, Dewilde give the officer the name of another person.
