ANCHORAGE- A 22-year-old Kenai man is accused of driving a stolen pizza delivery car while intoxicated and driving erratically.

Alaska State Troopers say Sean Mills was arrested on charges of vehicle theft, driving under the influence, failure to stop at the direction of police officer and driving without a valid license.

Troopers say they received reports Wednesday night that a pizza delivery car was swerving and stopping on Seward Highway near mile 52.

Troopers say officers found the car, which had been stolen from an Anchorage business. Troopers say the car was stopped in the middle of southbound lanes.

According to troopers, Mills refused to get out of the car and began driving. Troopers say Mills was taken into custody after a short pursuit.

It's unclear if Mills has an attorney.
