Man identified after standoff with police

Police have identified the man involved in a 10-hour long standoff with police in South Anchorage Sunday.

ANCHORAGE- Police have identified the man involved in a 10-hour long standoff with police in South Anchorage Sunday.

 
Anchorage police say the man is 28-year old Glen Miller.
   
They say he was found dead inside the home in the 9000 block of William Jones Circle.
 
Police were called to the scene after a report of a male threatening to kill a female. S.W.A.T.was also called to the scene.
 
Police tried to get Miller to come out safely. They say once they made entry into the home, they found Miller unresponsive.
   
An autopsy is being done to determine his cause of death, pending toxicology results.
