Planned parenthood sues state

Planned Parenthood of Alaska is suing the state for the newest recent regulation that by-passes a previous law set by the supreme court in 2001. The state must offer equal treatment.

 ANCHORAGE- Planned Parenthood of Alaska is suing the state for the newest recent regulation that by-passes a previous law set by the supreme court in 2001. The state must offer equal treatment. 

Now,the regulation spells out 22 guidelines a woman must fall under to receive an abortion. 
 
Planned Parenthood believes the abortion should be between the doctor and the patient, not be 
government regulated. 
     
The regulation will begin in effect this Sunday.
