Woman dies of injuries from Anchorage crash

Anchorage police say a 29-year-old woman has died from injuries she sustained in a traffic collision last week.

ANCHORAGE- Anchorage police say a 29-year-old woman has died from injuries she sustained in a traffic collision last week.

Police say Ponesi Tufi died Saturday, two days after the crash on O'Malley Road.
According to police, Tufi was a passenger in a sedan involved in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Several people involved in the crash - including Tufi -were transported to a local hospital.
Police say it was reported that the sedan and a pickup truck collided near Livingston Street.
The others taken to the hospital were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
