Your Alaska Link Brings On Lindsay Housaman to Lead News Team
Scott Centers is proud to announce the arrival of Lindsay Housaman, award winning journalist, as the News Director of Coastal Television’s Your Alaska Link News Room
ANCHORAGE- Scott Centers, COO of Coastal Television Broadcast Company LLC is proud to announce the arrival of Lindsay Housaman, award winning journalist, as the News Director of Coastal Television’s Your Alaska Link News Room, providing Alaska state wide news coverage and news distribution.
Housaman began her career in journalism at WIS TV, an NBC affiliate in Columbia, South Carolina, in the sports department. She has taken on various positions and leadership roles with a well balance career path leading her from various top four Network Affiliates and locations in Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma and South Carolina; and most recently as a FOX Affiliate newsroom anchor in the 92nd largest television market of Savannah, Georgia. Housaman notably participated in the build out and launch of Raycom’s WMBF, the NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Housaman, a South Carolina native and Broadcast Journalism graduate of the University of South Carolina arrives just in time for the November ratings period. Housaman replaces Stevie French who has been working the anchor desk for several weeks. Stevie departed early this month to her home back in South Africa.

About Coastal Television Broadcasting Company LLC: Coastal Television owns and operates KTBY, the FOX affiliate in Anchorage, Alaska. Coastal also oversees the advertising sales and other services Coastal provides under arrangements with KYUR and KWBX-DT (the CW Plus affiliate) in Anchorage.
Under an agreement between Coastal and the owner of KATN and KWFA-DT in Fairbanks, and KJUD and KWJA-DT in Juneau, Coastal provides certain of the stations’ non-network programming. KWFA-DT and KWJA-DT are the CW Plus affiliates in Fairbanks and Juneau, respectively.
