ANCHORAGE, Alaska--The cowbells were out in full force on Saturday night at the Sullivan Arena.

The Alaska Aces concluded a three-game home-stand against the Colorado Eagles with a victory in front of a sold-out crowd of 6,599.

Joey Crabb put the Aces on the board in the first period for his seventh goal of the season.

The Aces really drowned out the Eagles by showing up big in the second period. Nate Thompson scored his third goal of the weekend with a pass from Joey Crabb. Later in the second, Scott Gomez found the net to make it 3-0, Aces.

The Eagles would claw their way back into the contest with a few quick goals coming in the third period. Jack Combs and Kyle Ostrow both added a goal for Colorado, but the Aces would hang on to win 4-3.

Alaska improves to 11-4 on the season. They'll take to the road for quick road-trip tour of five cities in six games.
