ANCHORAGE, Alaska--Many sports fans would say perfection is a mentality granted by years of hard work and practice toward a given facet of life.

For Anchorage Christian's boys and girls basketball programs, perfection (or near perfection) can be seen in not only the dominant win-loss records, but also through the style of play on-court.

Tuesday night proved to be another solid one-two performance from both the girls and boys basketball programs.

Final (boys basketball): Anchorage Christian 80, Grace Christian 49

For Anchorage Christian, Calvin Hoffman added 16 points, 11 of which came in the first half. Hoffman scored the game's first two buckets.

Grace Christian's Hans Karlberg was a one-man show for the Grizzlies. He finished the night with 22 points including six from beyond the arc.

Jaylen Terry, Gus Simmers and Alex Brown delivered a knock-out punch by shooting lights out in the second half. Terry exploded in the third quarter by shooting 12 of his 21 total points in the quarter.

Simmers and Brown added 11 and 12, respectively. Anchorage Christian advances to 19-5 on the season with the win.

Final (girls basketball): Anchorage Christian 68, Grace Christian 18

The story of the game was simply one name--Dallas Dickerson.

Dickerson led the way with 27 points, including shooting 7 for 7 from the charity stripe.

As as team, the Lady Lions shot 13 of 13 from the free-throw line.

ACS' Sarah Geagel pushed in nine points on the night including several quick buckets in the third quarter due to forcing Lady Grizzly turnovers.

Grace Christian was led by Madie Cash, who finished the night with six points.

The Lady Lions grab a 50 point win over an in-conference opponent, and continue their perfect season to 18 games.
