ANCHORAGE, Alaska--

2012 Cactus Jam Tournament (Arizona--Day 2):

Lathrop (AK) 68, Medicine Hat (Can) 58

Bergen Catholic 51, Eagle River 46

 

35th Annual Indian Classic (Florida--Day 2):

Spain Park (AL) 47, South (AK) 37

Jack Hobbs finishes the night with 12 points, and a double-double. David Alston adds in 9 points and 11 boards.

The Wolverines will play host school Choctaw High on Saturday, 7 am Alaskan Time.

 

Sam Barlow Trail Tournament (Oregon--Day 2)

Service (AK) 61, Westview High (OR) 48

Adam Klie rattled in 24 points on the night. Klie ended the day as the game's high scorer, and kept the Cougars on their chase for perfection (5-0).

Marques and Reece Robinson added 18 and 10, respecitvely.

Kyelle Brown held Westview's leading scorer to 5 points the entire game. Westview's Dyrall Goods is currently averaging 20.8 points per game.

The Cougars will play in the tournament's championship on Saturday.

 

Las Vegas Tournament (Nevada--Day 2)

Girls: Highland (AZ) 54, Dimond 34

Lady Lynx held to 23% shooting from the field in the contest. No players for Dimond scored in the double-digits.

Girls: Dimond 57, Coronado 34

Aminata Cole scored 15 points in the Lynx win. Cole has averaged double-digits for points per game in the Las Vegas tournament.

Sierra Afoa added the game's only double-double. Afoa ended the night with 11 points and 10 rebounds in the Lynx win.
