ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police fatally shoot 25-year-old Carl Richard Bowie, III, after a chase.
The police department says Bowie rammed at least one vehicle with a stolen pickup. At least two cruisers were rammed. The shooting occurred at 53rd Avenue and Windflower Street, near Dowling Road.
