APD Seeks Woman Last Seen at Providence Hospital

Anchorage Police are asking the public for help in locating at missing 25-year-old woman.

Anchorage Police are asking the public for help in locating at missing 25-year-old woman.

Candise Roark was last seen being dropped off at Providence Hospital on Sunday (9/2) at about 9:00 p.m. for treatment. Hospital staff say she never checked-in and nobody has seen or heard from her since.

Anchorage Police say Roark is a Native female, 5’4” tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray sweatshirt with a large Adidas logo on the middle front. She was carrying a small backpack containing a change of clothes, her identification, and her cell phone.
