ANCHORAGE - An Anchorage tradition-- Joe Hickel's gingerbread village-- received it's official building permit and certificate of occupancy from Mayor Dan Sullivan today. The sweet city sensation has brought viewers to the Hotel Captain Cook for over 30 years.
