ANCHORAGE - Another arrest has been made in Homer following last month's teen drinking party, where a 17-year-old male was allegedly sexually assaulted.
Alaska State Troopers on Sunday arrested a 16-year-old Homer boy. The boy was charged with sexual assault and taken to the Kenai Youth Facility. Brothers Joseph Resetarits, who is 18, and 20-year-old Anthony Resetarits were earlier arrested and charged with felony sexual assault for sexual penetration of an incapacitated person. Troopers say a 17-year-old boy attended the large party at a home in Homer on Sept. 8. He was drinking heavily and passed out, and authorities say he was sexually assaulted. Troopers say they have recovered numerous photos from the party, including one of the alleged assault. |

Agree with "GOOD!" They all shoud be held accountable and anyone age 16 or older should be charged as an adult. Every person at that party participated in the assault, if by no other means than not stopping the actions. Not to say how SICK those of you who allegedly took photos and videos and posted them are.

Good!!! All the others that were at that "party" (including the ones that were "nice" enough [sarcasm here, folks!]to drop the victim off at his mother's house) ought to be arrested as well as whoever bought any alcohol for 'em!!!
