ANCHORAGE- The holidays are filled with sweet treats and one Anchorage business is taking the mess out of mass cookie baking.

"Cookie Sessions" are the Alaska Dinner Factory's solution to easy baking. Each class provides everything participants need to measure, mix, and roll various cookie doughs and batters at cookie stations.

Classes are designed for people working in pairs to make 10 different indulgent desserts. All of the recipes have been designed and tested for freezability, so none of the cookies are actually backed at the factory.

Making the desserts is only half of the appeal of taking the class, "They get to make a mess in my kitchen instead of theirs," said owner, Linnea Cummings.

Each session is $145 and students leave with enough dough to bake 360 cookies.
