Connecticut Massacre Victims Honored by Candlelight VigilTragedy Hits Close to Home, Tears Foundation Members say.ANCHORAGE--Along with lighting candles and saying prayers, participants in Wednesday's {12/19/12} candlelight vigil for the victims of the Connecticut massacre, plan on sending cards and letters with sympathies; important, because organizers say most Tears Foundation members have lost a child of their own. "Its really hard for people to understand how hard it is to go through something like this, a loss of a child, and until you've been there, you don't know," said Patricia Erickson with the Tears Foundation.
