FBI Seeks Texas Travel Info on Confessed Killer
The FBI has asked for the public's help in tracking where a confessed serial killer traveled in Texas before his capture and eventual suicide.
DALLAS- The FBI has asked for the public's help in tracking where a confessed serial killer traveled in Texas before his capture and eventual suicide.
Investigators on Tuesday released a Texas timeline on Israel Keyes in an attempt to identify more possible victims.
Keyes allegedly killed 11 people before his March 2012 arrest in Lufkin for speeding. He committed suicide last December in Alaska while awaiting trial in the rape and strangling of a coffee stand worker. The victim was Samantha Koenig.
The FBI says Keyes in February 2012 rented a car in Houston, visited family in the Dallas area and possibly traveled through Azle, Aledo and Cleburne.
Keyes in March 2012 apparently visited Post Oak Cemetery in Glen Rose before using ATMs in Shepherd and Humble.
