Fairbanks Man Charged With Murder

A 50-year-old Fairbanks man is charged with murder.

FAIRBANKS - A Fairbanks man has been charged with murder.

According to the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner 50-year-old Anthony Charleston was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of 59-year-old David Schei, also of Fairbanks.

On Monday, Alaska State Troopers were called to a home on Lakeview Drive at 4:46 p.m. after getting a report of a disturbance. When troopers arrived, they found Schei with serious injuries. He died while being taken to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital.
