'Freud's Last Session' at Cyrano's

by Ron Holmstrom

Freud’s Last Session centers on legendary psychiatrist Dr. Sigmund Freud, who invites the young, rising academic star C.S. Lewis, (who would later write The Chronicles of Narnia,) to his home in London. Freud and Lewis converse on the existence of God, the joy of love, the purpose of sex, and the meaning of life—just a few weeks before Freud’s own death. A profound, funny, and deeply touching play about two men who boldly address the great questions.
