Grand Jury Indicts Man in Drug Death of Teen
A federal grand jury has indicted a man suspected of supplying drugs that killed a 14-year-old Anchorage girl.
ANCHORAGE- A federal grand jury has indicted a man suspected of supplying drugs that killed a 14-year-old Anchorage girl.
28-year-old Sean Michael Warner was indicted Monday on six counts.
They include drug trafficking resulting in death, distribution of heroin resulting in death, distribution of heroin and methamphetamine to a person under 21, drug distribution near a school, and maintaining a drug house near a school.
The grand jury also indicted 36-year-old Max Raymond Jewett on drug trafficking counts connected to the case.
Warner is charged in the December 2011 death of 14-year-old Jena Dolstad. Anchorage police say Warner injected drugs into her arm at his home.
Charging documents say heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana was found in her body.
Warner previously had contested state charges in the case.
