Man in Custody After Stabbing at Anchorage Eatery

Anchorage police say a 59-year-old man is in custody after a stabbing early Tuesday at a restaurant.

ANCHORAGE- Anchorage police say a 59-year-old man is in custody after a stabbing early Tuesday at a restaurant.

Police say in a statement that officers were called just before 7 a.m. to Peggy's Restaurant, where they found a man who had been stabbed.

The victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

59-year-old Olin Anderson was named as the suspect and has been taken into custody.

Police are still investigating, and no other details were immediately available.
