It is obvious that all the "missing" patients are seeing private doctors and are not using their worthless Medicare. They do NOT want treatment in a charity clinic or assembly line nurse facility. Too bad there is no way the patients could not get a partial reimbursement from medicare for these totally out of pocket expenses.
