Although 2 Medicare clinics that opened last year have had much less patients than expected, officials say that more Alaskans are on Medicare than ever.

It is obvious that all the "missing" patients are seeing private doctors and are not using their worthless Medicare. They do NOT want treatment in a charity clinic or assembly line nurse facility. Too bad there is no way the patients could not get a partial reimbursement from medicare for these totally out of pocket expenses.
