ANCHORAGE, Ak-- Earlier this year the Anchorage Assembly voted to designate a parcel of land into a park off of Muldoon Road.

Mayor Sullivan vetoed this proposal saying he wanted to wait and decide about teh land until the East Anchorage District plan is complete.

The veto was not brough up again for revote and the assembly decided to wait to hear from the parks commission along with planning and zoning.

While they wait residents of Muldoon are left wondering when will they get their park.
