ANCHORAGE-"M-A's gourmet dogs" is an Anchorage tradition.
For 22 years, this cart and it's feisty owner have  served hot sausages and one of a kind sauteed onions.

This is not the normal time of year this seasonal business hits the street.
Each winter, just before spring hits, Mike Anderson brings his hot dogs to hundreds of hungry mouths, "rondy is the reason why i come out for 4 days," said Anderson

The last weekend for Rondy means the first day of Iditarod.
A day this sausage guru bags a few extra bones,"Iditarod is the busiest day for me on the street ,even peak Season," said Anderson.

Anderson operates on an average day with one sidekick. On Saturday, he'll beef up his support staff with one more.
