The 8.2 million dollar project is a public-private partnership that involves the U.S. Department of Commerce, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Rasmussen Foundation, and The Alaska State Library, a unit of the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development. Training from Fire Safety and medical experts will be available at a moment's notice.
