February is often thought of as the month of love, however heart break is on more minds than you may have thought this Valentine's Day.

While a message of live is frequently shared on greeting cards, the Alaska Heart Institute is sharing its message on the snow.

Since February is also American Heart Month, representatives of American Heart Association are sending a colorful reminder to take care of your heart.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women and results in one out of every four deaths.

But eating a healty diet, exercising regularly and monitoring your blood pressure are just a few ways that can help prevent heart disease.

As well as the smile that comes across your face from this heart healthy graffitti.
