Planned Parenthood Fights SB49

 JUNEAU- A Superior Court Judge has temporarily halted the enforcement of an Alaskan law that deems what is a medically necessary abortion funded through Medicaid.

Planned Parenthood is filing a lawsuit against the state arguing that the law is unconstitutional.

Until further hearings, the law will remain in Limbo.
