ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police are searching for two armed men who conducted a home-invasion robbery Thursday at a Mountain View apartment.

Brandi and Eben Isley say a man wearing a face mask and another wearing a bandanna walked into their apartment on the 800 block of North Bliss Street armed with a rifle and a handgun.

The Isley's say the men searched their apartment and stole their cell phones, 200 dollars cash, and a gold chain valued at 1000 dollars.

"They were searching for something they assumed we had something of value," said Brandi Isley.

According to Isley she pushed one of the men who then hit her in the head with the gun.

"He tried shoving me back twice with his hands on my throat and I'm just not one to back down," said Isley.

Anyone with information regarding the home-invasion is asked to call police at 786-8900
