A man charged with first degree murder and assault for the stabbing death of Adrian Beaver, 27, stood before an Anchorage judge Thursday afternoon. (8/30)
Police were able to track Tidiane Kone, 31, through his electric ankle monitor which was put in place for a previous assault charge. Kone was on parole when he stabbed Beaver to death and injured another man, Lovie Houston. According to court documents, the altercation could have been over money . Kone has a lengthy criminal history of assault and domestic violence. His bail is set at $250,000 cash performance, $100,000 cash only and 3rd party custodian. Kone is due back in court September 4th for a pre-indictment hearing. |
