Police seek 'person of interest' in homicide

Anchorage police say they are looking for a "person of interest" in connection with the homicide of a 32-year-old Eagle River man last month.

ANCHORAGE- Anchorage police say they are looking for a "person of interest" in connection with the homicide of a 32-year-old Eagle River man last month.

Police are looking for Brett William Hopper, an acquaintance of Andrew Conn. Police spokeswoman Anita Shell says Hopper is not considered a suspect at this time.
Conn was found dead inside his home Dec. 7. Police say someone had been trying to reach Conn by phone that day, went to the residence and found him dead.
Police say they have been unable to locate Hopper.
