Professionals: Improper Sleep Habits Linked to Seasonal Depression

ANCHORAGE- A recent report links bad sleep habits to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a kind of depression that occurs at a certain time of year, usually in the winter.

Sleep Centers of Alaska says by creating a nightly routine and practicing good sleep hygiene you can manage your depression.
