Schools in the Anchorage School District are closed Monday, as well as all but one school in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough District. That school is the Glacier View School in Glennallen.

Schools in the central Kenai Peninsula Borough School District also are closed.

Homer and Seward schools are open.

The University of Alaska Anchorage's campuses located in Anchorage, Eagle River, and on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson are also closed because of unsafe driving conditions. Alaska Pacific University's campus in Anchorage will be closed today.
