(Anchorage, AK) Shell clears yet another hurdle when it comes to drilling in the Arctic, as it gets the OK to start preliminary drilling in the Beaufort Sea.

Curtis Smith External Affairs for Shell Alaska says today's news comes on the heels of the Noble Discoverer moving back to its prospect in the Chukchi Sea.
