Sifsof Family Still Searching for Valerie

ANCHORAGE- Its been close to twelve weeks since Valerie Sifsof was last seen at the Granite Creek Camping Grounds. Her family is still hopeful Valerie will turn up and are asking people to join in the search.


Sifsof went missing during a camping trip with her boyfriend July 7th. He told authorities she walked away from the camp site after an argument. Valerie is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes; and was last seen wearing a black sweat shirt, blue sweat pants and black boots.


Valerie's niece Olympic snow boarder Callan Chythlook-Sifsof is hoping to drum up search efforts with a post on her Facebook book page today asking the public for help.
