(Anchorage, AK) It's day 2 of the Byron Syvinski Trial, the man accused of beating 7-year-old Am-Marie unconscious with and arm cast while allegedly trying to steal her bike.

Today [July 23rd] at Nesbett Court the prosecution called several witnesses to describe what they call Syvinski's bizarre behavior last year.

No images of the victim will be shown in tonight's broadcast per special request.
