ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police say a 45-year-old woman and her 18-month-old granddaughter are missing after a hit-and-run crash.

Police say Amelia Gilman at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday was driving a sport utility vehicle that crashed with another vehicle at Dimond Boulevard and King Street.

No one was injured but police say Gilman left the scene.

Gilman's husband reported Gilman missing at about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Gilman was driving a gray 2001 Dodge Durango. Police say the left fender is damaged and the bumper may be hanging down.
