ANCHORAGE - Anchorage Fairs and Festivals held their annual Anchorage 4th of July Celebration at the Delaney Parkstrip Thursday.

Festivities began with the annual Pancake Breakfast benefiting the Salvation Army Alaska and continued throughout the day with the 4th of July parade as well as several performances, games and activities.

And although there was rain most of the morning, it didn’t stop the crowds from coming out to show their gratitude to service members and celebrate their national pride. All while sporting their red, white and blue.
