CORDOVA- Thea Thompson was walking along the Heney Ridge trail in Cordova when suddenly her two dogs took off then returned with a lone brown bear chasing them.

The bear spotted Thompson and attacked.

She was able to hike one and a half miles back to her truck where she drove herself to the hospital.

Charlotte Westing of fish and game says Thompson is lucky to be alive.

The Fed is dumping illegals in Alaska. We have to stop this madness. Google this: NUMBERSUSA . Once you are registered (join us), go to the "action board"
