The search for Palmer pilot Brendan Mattingley is in its 5th day and continues to grow in size.
After leaving Soldotna for Wolf Lake Saturday morning, nothing has been heard from the 27 year old  father.

The Rescue Coordination Center has launched various sorties of aircraft including;The Alaska Air National Guard, The Coast Guard, and the Civil Air Patrol.

More than twenty additional civilian aircraft have now joined the search.

Sightings of a Super Cub that fits the discription of Mattingleys plane are leading searchers to look closer at the Lost Lake Area.

Pilots that would like to join the search are invited to be at the Wolf Lake Fueling Area at 10 a.m. Friday morning.
