We'd like to introduce you to Staff Sergeant Patrick Clark.
Staff Sergeant Patrick Clark is from Manchester, New Hampshire and enlisted in May 2011. Staff Sergeant Clark is a Squad Leader in Centurion Company, 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team on Fort Wainwright.
Clark is currently working towards completing a Pre-Nursing Program through University of Alaska-Fairbanks in hopes of qualifying for the Inter-Service Physician's Assistant's Program.
Recently, he graduated the Stryker Master Gunner Course, one of the most academically challenging courses in the Army. He has also been selected to lead Soldiers in support of a security mission in South Korea soon.
When he first arrived to Fort Wainwright as a Sergeant, SSG Clark was assigned as the Battalion Commander's Stryker Vehicle Commander for two years. He then was selected and successfully graduated the Advanced Leader Course; shortly after, he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and given the responsibility of leading his squad through every type of field exercise, ranging from Squad-level to Battalion-level Situational Training Exercises and Live Fire Exercises.
