FAIRBANKS- Holland America Line says it's buying another hotel near Denali National Park and Preserve.
The travel company says an agreement in principle has been reached to purchase McKinley Chalets Hotel from Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services.
The hotel is in the Nenana River Canyon near the park entrance.
The property includes 345 rooms, restaurants, walking trails and a dinner theater on 42 acres.
The acquisition will give Holland America-Princess Alaska more than 1,100 rooms in the area known informally as Glitter Gulch.
McKinley Chalets is next to the 656-room Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, the largest hotel in Alaska.
