Juneau Man Charged with Department Store Burglary

A Juneau man has been charged with burglary after a break-in at the local Fred Meyer store.

JUNEAU- A Juneau man has been charged with burglary after a break-in at the local Fred Meyer store.
25-year-old Brady Peterson was arrested at about 2 a.m. Saturday as he walked away from the store.
Juneau Police Department Sgt. Chris Burke says in a press release that Peterson pried open store doors, entered and stole items.
Burke says Peterson tried stealing a car in the parking lot and damaged several vehicles.
Peterson is charged with felony counts of burglary and attempted vehicle theft plus misdemeanor criminal mischief, trespass and theft.
