JBER gave a new meaning to girl's night out this week, celebrating women's health.
Girl’s Night Out is an opportunity for the ladies of JBER to come together, celebrate their health, and maybe even get a makeover while they’re at it.
While there are snacks and drinks, prizes and goodies, the main purpose of the event is to make sure women are informed about their health and their resources – including when and how to register for a pap smear or a mammogram.
For many women, getting around the appointment phone line is reason enough to make it out to the event. However, it’s also a great way for women to meet each other and bond.
If you missed out on the event but want to know more about your health, you can always count on the 673rd Medical Group and simply call your Primary Care Manager.
